Meet Umberto Malesci, President of FluidMesh Networks, who originally is from Italy and a graduate the very prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA. 

FluidMesh offers an easy to use Wireless Mesh Networking product that is Ethernet based so you can plug in IP cameras or analog cameras provided you use a video encoder.  The great thing about FluidMesh is that it was designed around video security applications in order to avoid latency issues.
